Incredible avant garde 1980's Victor Costa strapless evening gown originally purchased at The Salon at Elizabeth Arden in the 1980's. This dress has an incredible skirt with layers of waving sculpted tulle. The strapless bodice has boning and a drop waist, made of black lace with a nude lining.
It features a large bow made of the same sculpted tulle and black velvet. The hemline is asymmetrical, and the skirt is fully lined in black. While form-fitting, this dress also has tons of movement!
It was made in the USA, fits a modern US size 4 and is in excellent condition. Please use the measurements below to ensure the perfect fit.
