This item is designed in England and made by a women’s cooperative in a small village outside of Kathmandu, Nepal that we have been working with for over ten years.
Buying this item assists in preserving traditional craft methods, which are slowly diminishing around the world in favour of quick machine made items. Our products aim to help makers in giving them the ability to use the skills passed down by their grandparents, allowing them to support their family without having to beg for hand outs.
